Mapping data for the U.S. and Canada
The Magellan RoadMate 300 comes with pre-loaded maps of the major
roads in North America. CD-ROMs, containing advanced detailed mapping
of the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada are also included.
From these CD-ROMs you can easily download from your PC the regions
you travel in to the internal memory and add new maps when traveling
in different regions (unlimited downloading). Extend your detailed
map coverage further with Secure Digital memory cards (not included).
NOTE: ONLY maps from the CDs included with the unit can be downloaded
to the RoadMate 300. Regional
pre-loaded, pre-authorized SD cards are also available if you
do not wish to use a computer to load maps.

The new Magellan Trip Planner makes navigating multiple destination
journeys easier than ever. Regardless of what town you're in you
can get gas, visit the ATM, pick up a relative and stop by the florist
before meeting the family at the restaurant to celebrate mom's birthday;
all without re-entering destination points while on the journey.

The Magellan RoadMate 300 automatically calculates a new route when
you decide to take a detour because of heavy traffic, a closed road
or just to grab a cup of coffee.

Address Book
Store up to 100 personal or business destinations per user for a
total of 300. Each user can personally select their top three to

Instant Locate
